2. Charitable Purpose & Services

Shree Vrundavan Jivdaya Gaushala is a non-profit initiative dedicated to:

• Sheltering, medical care, and lifelong rehabilitation of sick, disabled, blind, and stray cows.
• Free or charitable animal ambulance dispatch for road accident cases across Surat and surrounding vicinities.
• Grain feeding (Chann) and medical care for birds.
• Community support programs, including ration distributions for widowed sisters, student book/fee assistance, and disaster relief.

3. Voluntary Donations & Tax Exemption (80G)

• Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to the Trust via direct bank transfer (Prime Co-operative Bank Ltd.), UPI (Google Pay), or QR code are voluntary and utilized exclusively for animal feed, veterinary treatment, ambulance logistics, and community relief.
• 80G(5) Tax Exemption: Donations are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G(5) of the Income Tax Act. Donors must provide their PAN and legal name during donation to obtain a valid statutory tax receipt.
• Refund Policy: As donations are immediately applied toward daily cattle fodder and critical emergency medical supplies, donations once processed are generally non-refundable. In cases of duplicate debits or technical bank errors, contact our office within 7 business days with transaction receipts.

4. Emergency Ambulance & Rescue Reporting

• Our 24-hour operation theatre and animal ambulance services are subject to crew availability, geographical limits (Surat and neighboring regions), and road transit conditions.
• Users reporting road accidents or injured animals are requested to supply accurate landmark details and stay accessible on their provided contact numbers to aid rescue teams.
• Submitting false, fabricated, or malicious emergency alerts is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All logos, trust slogans (e.g., "સેવા એ જ ધર્મ"), media photographs, textual content, and graphics published on this domain are the intellectual property of Shree Sevanandit Charitable Trust. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial or misleading third-party fundraisers without prior written authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This website and its information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and up-to-date information, the Trust is not liable for temporary website downtime, internet payment gateway failures, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our platform, donations, or trust services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
